GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Garganega

AREA OF PRODUCTION: Hilly area of Alpone valley, located in Montecchia di Crosara.

HARVEST: Completely harvested by hand in mid-September

TECHNIQUE: Soft-pressed wine with a following white vinification into temperature-controlled (16-18°) stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTE: Dry and new wine straw yellow-coloured, with greenish reflections and a delicate and floral perfume of white flowers. The main aromas of this wine are white-fleshed fruit like apple and peach, and exotic fruit like pineapple and pawpaw. Dry and well-balanced taste, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Ideal as aperitif and great with starters, it also pairs wonderfully with white meat dishes, fish and fresh cheeses.
